Module 1:
Sithilikarana Vyayama:
Initial postures for all Yoga postures- Tadasana, Dandasana, Prone & Supine.
Loosening Exercises: Jogging-slow, forward –Backward and side, Mukhadhauti.
Bending: forward –Backward and side,
Twisting, Rock & roll, Savasana


Module 2:
Breathing Practices
Standing: Hands in & out breathing, Hands stretch breathing, Ankles stretch
breathing
Sitting : Dog breathing, Rabbit breathing, Tiger breathing, Sasakasana
breathing
Supine : Straight leg raise breathing- stage 1 & 2
Prone : Cobra & Salaba


Module 3 (ASANAS)
Standing Postures
Ardhakati cakrasana, Ardha cakrasana, Pada Hastasana, Trikonasana, Parivrtta
Trikonasana, Parsva Konasana
Sitting Postures
Vajrasana, Sasakasana, Supta Vajrasana,Pascimottanasana,Ustrasana,Vakrasana.

Module 4 (ASANAS)

Prone Postures
Bhujangasana, Salabhasana, Dhanurasana
Supine Postures
Sarvangasana, Halasana & Cakarasana
Suryanamaskar

Module 5 (PRANAYAMA)

Vitalizing Pranayama:
Bhastrika & Kapalabhati, Vibhagiya Svasana, Surya Anuloma Viloma Pranayama,
Candra Anuloma Viloma Pranayama, Balancing Pranayama
Cooling Pranayama-Sitali Pranayama, Sitkari Pranayama, Sadanta Pranayama
Module 6 (REVITALIZING PRANAYAMA & MEDITATION )
Nadi Suddhi Pranayama, Bhramari Pranayama ,OM Meditation Technique,
IRT(Instant Relaxation Technique), QRT(Quick Relaxation Technique),
